Inspired by the desire for educational development of the village, respected Abaji Sawant came to the village from the city. Gathering many colleagues from Panchkroshi, Abaji convinced them of the need for educational facilities. He brought to mind the importance of girls' education. This idea was deeply rooted in everyone's minds. And in 1984, the foundation stone of the Shikshan Prasark Mandal, Kirbet with Start.

The Shikshan Prasark Mandal, Kirbet was established in 1984. The One simple words 'established' hold immense significance for the institution. The aim was not to stop at just establishing the institution, but to instill its purpose in the minds of the people. All the colleagues in the organization supported the same seed with great and determination. With the co- operate of the Shikshan Prasark Mandal, Kirbet , on 12 June 1985, on the plot of land donated by Late Vasudev and Late Keshav Ankushrao and Shri. Dattaram Ankushrao, the glorious beginning of the Secondary School Khirbet was made.

This was started on an unsubsidized basis. This difficult journey of unsubsidized work was undertaken by all the teachers and non-teaching staff appointed to the school with great perseverance and honesty on a meager salary. The villagers of Panchkroshi provided invaluable support to flourish the school premises through continuous labor donation. With the continuous guidance of the Secondary Education Department, a second school was established at Khadi Ozare. At that time, there was no ST facility in Ozare village. There was a disadvantage in the education of girls. Taking care of the girls, it was decided to start a school at Ozare - Khadi Kolvan. Taking the villagers there into confidence, with the help of all the colleagues, the New English School was established in June 1992. This too was a success as it was unsubsidized.

Also, there was a disadvantage of college education in Sakharpa Panchkroshi. For this, the president of the institution and all his colleagues took the initiative to remove the disad vantage of higher education and in the year 2002 - 2003, the foundation of the College of Arts and Commerce College Sakharpa was established. The permanent Non-granted scheme is still at the peak of the success of the institution. The organization and staff have been steadfast in their support and have kept the college flag flying high.
